# Support, complaints & resolving a dispute

Published policies · Version 1.2 · 28 September 2026

Website policies cover use of this site. Software, payment and device-control sections describe launch terms and apply when access opens and you accept them. VRA remains pre-release: no public checkout or trial activation is available today. Reading these pages does not start a subscription.

## Use at your own risk

You use VRA at your own risk. Automation can breach game rules and result in restrictions, suspension or permanent account bans. You are responsible for deciding whether to use it and for obtaining permission to operate every farm. VRA does not guarantee account safety or protection from publisher enforcement.

VRA does not accept responsibility for a publisher’s enforcement decisions. Except where applicable law holds VRA responsible, we will not reimburse lost accounts, game progress, resources, virtual items, in-game purchases, income or other personal or commercial losses caused by those decisions. We will not issue a refund solely because an account is restricted, suspended or banned, or because those losses occur.

This does not exclude liability or refund rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed software, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. A claim about VRA’s own breach is assessed separately from the fact that a publisher imposed a penalty.

## 1. Contact VRA

Email hello@vrabot.com. For setup issues, include the supported product version, relevant workflow and a short description. For a payment or licence dispute, include the account email and order/reference if available. Avoid full licence keys, passwords, card details and unrelated personal data.

The support wiki and Discord can help with general questions. Public channels are not suitable for private customer records or security reports. No 24/7 coverage, guaranteed response time or service-level agreement has been announced for the launch plans.

## 2. Complaint process

We will acknowledge a complaint, provide a reference, investigate the relevant evidence and explain the decision and any remedy in understandable terms. If we need more time, we will explain why and provide an update. This does not extend a statutory deadline.

You can request human review of a disputed suspension, refund decision or device reset. We record the decision and any correction. We do not require you to withdraw a review, chargeback or legal complaint before considering your rights.

## 3. Independent rights and escalation

Nothing requires a consumer to waive a lawful regulator complaint, court remedy or other mandatory protection. No mandatory private arbitration or foreign exclusive court is imposed by these policies. Your applicable mandatory consumer protections remain intact.

Where alternative dispute resolution information or participation duties apply, we will provide the relevant scheme details and explain our participation. No ADR membership, approval or obsolete EU online-dispute portal is claimed here. UK privacy concerns may be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

## 4. Versions and continuity

Your contract will identify its version and effective date and remain available to you. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain any required consent or provide the required cancellation choice or remedy. Editing this website does not silently rewrite an earlier paid order.

These policies explain VRA’s boundaries and our commitments to you. They do not guarantee uninterrupted service, remove mandatory rights or change third-party game rules. We will provide additional purchase-specific information before accepting a paid order.
