Step 1
Compare the same slot and variant
Start with the equipment reference and inspect each rarity and level variant. Compare like-for-like slots, then check which troop types are listed. Item power and individual bonuses are different measurements; neither proves a universal best item.
Step 2
Inspect where each total comes from
Equip the item in a complete two-hero build and read the bonus breakdown. The planner groups contributions by bonus type and shows their sources. Conditional skill effects are not a fully validated combat simulator, and a percentage total is not a predicted damage result.
Step 3
Keep mount and mount equipment choices visible
The mount reference lists the available mount families, elements, rarity variants and aptitude ranges. Mount equipment has its own slots and attributes. Do not assume that equal rarity means interchangeable effects; compare the recorded values for the exact selection.
Step 4
Separate skin ownership from appearance
Supported mount-skin ownership bonuses apply once to the march, independently of the equipped appearance. Selecting the same appearance cannot multiply an ownership bonus. In the planner a skin can dress only one of the two commanders’ mounts at a time.
Step 5
Save a practical upgrade shortlist
Pin your current build, change one item and compare the resulting catalogue bonuses. Save alternatives with clear names and export a backup. Confirm availability and current costs in the game before committing materials; Atlas does not know your inventory.
