Helgar — War Arbiter. Inspect skills, talent effects and progression, then compare a starter march with the upgrades you intend to use.
Start with the listed troop and specialty tags, then read the skill triggers below. A gathering condition, commander-position condition or status requirement changes when an effect applies. Compare a complete march rather than ranking the hero by one factor.
Choose a different second commander in the planner, keep both upgrade states explicit and inspect the bonus sources. Atlas does not simulate full combat damage or prove that a pairing is best for every account.
Two reference variants are shown for each listed skill. Use the planner to inspect available level and star choices. An awakened skill replaces the corresponding original skill where supported; these effects are not all active together.
Active
Deals 1 instance of direct damage (Damage Factor 315) to up to 3 targets within an arc. If the deployed Troop has more than 5 stacks of Judgment Mark, deals an additional instance of damage (Damage Factor 252).
Deals 1 instance of direct damage (Damage Factor 900) to up to 3 targets within an arc. If the deployed Troop has more than 5 stacks of Judgment Mark, deals an additional instance of damage (Damage Factor 720).
Passive
When taking Basic Attack Damage, the deployed Troop will receive 1 stack of Judgment Mark. When there are 20 stacks, it will deal direct damage (Damage Factor 400) 1 time to target, all the Marks are removed, and Troop's Counterattack Damage will be increased by 27% for 2s. (Judgment Mark cannot be removed by the enemy)
When taking Basic Attack Damage, the deployed Troop will receive 1 stack of Judgment Mark. When there are 20 stacks, it will deal direct damage (Damage Factor 1150) 1 time to target, all the Marks are removed, and Troop's Counterattack Damage will be increased by 45% for 2s. (Judgment Mark cannot be removed by the enemy)
Awakened skill
Deals 1 instance of direct damage (Damage Factor 1000) to up to 4 targets in a circular range. If the target has less than 20% Troops, they will receive greater damage (Damage Factor 1500). If the target has more than 5 stacks of Judgment Mark, they will take 1 additional instance of damage (Damage Factor 800).
These are captured hero-talent effects at the largest listed rank. Promoted variants may replace original talents; use a consistent promotion and rank selection in the planner rather than adding every row together.

When deployed Troop receives healing, there is a 50% chance to gain a shield (Shield Factor 500) for 2 seconds and obtain 1 Judgment Mark(s) (up to 1 Mark stacks every 1 seconds. Judgment Mark cannot be removed by the enemy).

When deployed Troop counterattacks, there is a 50% chance to deal direct damage 1 time to the target (Damage Factor 350) and obtain 3 stacks of Judgment Mark (this Mark's effect triggers up to 3 times every 1 seconds. Judgment Marks cannot be removed by the enemy).

From the moment she was born, Helgar was prophesied to play an important part in deciding the Vikings' fate. Helgar is skilled in all types of combat, and excels in situations where she's outnumbered. As War Arbiter, she thrusts her spear at every enemy that dares face her. On the battlefield, Helgar descends like the wrath of a god. Her attacks are simple but fatal. She never flinches or wavers, standing tall in even the toughest battles until her enemies fall. Helgar's growing fame has led many to follow her in hopes that she'll lead them to reclaim Viking land. But Helgar refuses. She's waiting for a master, a chief who can lead her. Under this chief, she will be indomitable, and will begin a new chapter for the Vikings. "Fate guides us all."
