Wooder — Fearless Guard. Inspect skills, talent effects and progression, then compare a starter march with the upgrades you intend to use.
Start with the listed troop and specialty tags, then read the skill triggers below. A gathering condition, commander-position condition or status requirement changes when an effect applies. Compare a complete march rather than ranking the hero by one factor.
Choose a different second commander in the planner, keep both upgrade states explicit and inspect the bonus sources. Atlas does not simulate full combat damage or prove that a pairing is best for every account.
Two reference variants are shown for each listed skill. Use the planner to inspect available level and star choices. An awakened skill replaces the corresponding original skill where supported; these effects are not all active together.
Active
Deals 1 instance of direct damage (Damage Factor 105) to up to 3 targets within an arc and gains a Shield for 3s (Shield Factor 175).
Deals 1 instance of direct damage (Damage Factor 300) to up to 3 targets within an arc and gains a Shield for 3s (Shield Factor 500).
Passive
Each time Active Skill Damage is received from the target, increases Counterattack Damage by 35% for 2s.
Each time Active Skill Damage is received from the target, increases Counterattack Damage by 100% for 2s.
Awakened skill
Deals 1 instance of direct damage (Damage Factor 450) to up to 3 targets within an arc and gains a Shield for 3s (Shield Factor 700).
These are captured hero-talent effects at the largest listed rank. Promoted variants may replace original talents; use a consistent promotion and rank selection in the planner rather than adding every row together.

Before leaving the Northernmost Border, Wooder had always lived in the secluded forest, guarding the giant tree symbolizing the clan's spirit. The clan was forced to move after the severe cold arrived. To remember the times he'd spent there, Wooder wrapped a soft branch of the giant tree around his wrist. After arriving on Vanirneyjar, Wooder's clan was raided by the Niflungs. During the scuffle, Wooder was surrounded, and a Niflung swung a knife at Wooder's arm. A miracle happened. The soft branch Wooder had wrapped around his wrist shone. It quivered, and a beam of green light entwined itself around his arm. As the clan fought, a huge shield appeared before Wooder on the battlefield, and fended off all attacks from knives to bows. Wooder led the charge, raising the shield and leading his people into battle. The Niflungs were rendered helpless, and were quickly defeated. The clan celebrated through the night, toasting to their survival, and the birth of a great guardian. "The giant tree protects Wooder, and Wooder protects the Vikings."
These heroes share at least one roster tag. Shared tags are a starting point for research, not proof of combat synergy.
