Expected result and verification
Eligible daily hires are handled up to the selected limit, at most four.
Use the hire response and availability state; entering the Guild alone is not a hire.
No eligible daily hire remains
The configured daily hire limit is reached

What can need attention?
Resource support prompts or exhausted daily availability can interrupt the hire flow.
- The destination or required control cannot be identified safely.
- A possible side effect cannot be reconciled.
- The bounded action or recovery deadline is exhausted.
- The observed state falls outside the released support contract.
