1. The announced plans

Personal: $11.99 USD per month, one licensed Windows installation. No artificial cap on configured personal farms.

Operator 25: $29.99 USD per month, one licensed Windows installation. 25 configured managed farm slots.

Operator 100: $59.99 USD per month, one licensed Windows installation. 100 configured managed farm slots.

• No annual, lifetime, staff-seat, cloud-hosting or pooled multi-host plan is included in this announcement.
• Configured profiles, simultaneous emulators and managed slots are different quantities. Hardware and compatibility determine practical concurrency.

2. What Personal permits

Personal is for the licensee’s own farms, operated for their own benefit. There is no artificial configured-personal-profile cap on its one licensed installation, but this is not unlimited hardware capacity or unlimited simultaneous emulators.

A Personal key must not run a customer’s farms or provide a farm-operation service for another party. Taking payment indirectly, bundling the work with another service, using one shared customer label, or doing the work without a fee does not change that boundary. Teaching someone how to configure their own licensed installation is not the same as operating their farms.

3. What Operator permits

Operator 25 and Operator 100 include the same professional tools and respectively 25 or 100 configured managed-farm slots on one licensed Windows installation. Personal-farming tools remain included.

A managed slot is a farm assigned to a customer in the Operator workspace. Paused or archived assignments still count until unassigned. Unassigning preserves historical records. Renaming or merging customer groups does not increase the allowance.

Obtain and retain the farm owner’s permission. Explain publisher/account risks, agree spending limits and protect access information. An Operator licence is permission from VRA to use its software commercially—not permission from the game publisher or a guarantee that selling farm services complies with every applicable rule.

4. Your customer agreement is separate

The operator sets and contracts for their own service charges. VRA’s monthly software fee is separate from per-routine, hourly, daily, monthly or custom rates entered in the workspace. A reviewed-work record is not an invoice, payment receipt or guarantee of useful results.

The operator is responsible for lawful advertising, customer authorisation, their own consumer/business obligations and applicable tax/data responsibilities. Do not represent VRA as the supplier of your managed service or promise VRA-backed earnings, uptime or reimbursements.

5. No key resale or allowance circumvention

You may charge for authorised farm-management work under an Operator plan. You may not resell or rent the VRA key, share sign-in access, redistribute the software under your own brand, or bypass farm/device limits. Staff access and multi-host allowances require an explicitly offered entitlement; they are not inferred from the word Operator.

We base plan enforcement on proportionate evidence of feature and allowance use. A large personal fleet alone does not establish undisclosed client work. The enforcement policy includes explanation and human review rather than treating an unverified inference as proof.
