Use at your own risk

You use VRA at your own risk. Automation can breach game rules and result in restrictions, suspension or permanent account bans. You are responsible for deciding whether to use it and for obtaining permission to operate every farm. VRA does not guarantee account safety or protection from publisher enforcement.

VRA does not accept responsibility for a publisher’s enforcement decisions. Except where applicable law holds VRA responsible, we will not reimburse lost accounts, game progress, resources, virtual items, in-game purchases, income or other personal or commercial losses caused by those decisions. We will not issue a refund solely because an account is restricted, suspended or banned, or because those losses occur.

This does not exclude liability or refund rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed software, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. A claim about VRA’s own breach is assessed separately from the fact that a publisher imposed a penalty.

1. Operate only with authority

Use VRA only with game accounts and devices you are authorised to operate. Operators need the account owner’s permission and agreed boundaries. Do not collect, sell or use stolen credentials, impersonate an owner or operate another person’s farm without consent.

Keep licence credentials private. Configure resource use, speedups, queues and limits intentionally. Do not run competing automation controllers on the same emulator. A disabled option must not be treated as permission to spend resources elsewhere.

2. Game and platform rules

VRA is independent third-party software, not affiliated with or endorsed by IGG, Viking Rise, Microsoft or LDPlayer. Their services, accounts and terms are controlled by those providers.

Automation may breach game/platform rules and can lead to restrictions or permanent bans. No licence tier, trial, recognition method or past absence of penalties establishes that VRA is undetectable, authorised or ban-proof. Review the relevant current rules and decide whether the risk is acceptable; do not use automation where it is prohibited.

3. Prohibited misuse

Do not use VRA or its services for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, credential theft, deliberate abuse of vulnerabilities, denial of service, malware, harassment, privacy invasion or infringement of others’ rights. Do not bypass VRA licence or entitlement controls, falsify service records or present development evidence as guaranteed customer results.

This does not prohibit good-faith private reporting of a security issue or remove rights that applicable law protects. Security reporting is not blanket permission for intrusive testing of VRA or any third-party service.

4. Responsibility without blanket exclusions

Account owners and operators remain responsible for their own configuration and authorised activity. VRA cannot reverse a publisher’s ban or promise compensation from that publisher. Hardware, network and third-party service costs are separate.

These statements do not remove responsibility for VRA’s own unlawful conduct, defective promises or liabilities the law does not permit us to exclude.
