Software licence agreement

1. Licence grant at launch

On launch, a valid trial or paid entitlement grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the supported VRA build within the selected plan and paid/evaluation period. Each announced plan covers one licensed Windows installation. Moving the activation to another PC is distinct from selling or transferring the subscription to another person.

Customers must have the legal capacity to contract, or the required authorisation where applicable law permits it. Anyone acting for a business must have authority to bind that business. Only the features, compatibility and allowances stated in the versioned order are included. A licence does not supply a game account, emulator subscription, PC, hosted server, electricity, game currency or publisher permission.

2. Ownership and restrictions

VRA retains its rights in its original software, documentation, branding and licensed materials. The customer retains their rights in their own account information, notes and other data. No game publisher’s rights are transferred. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licence terms; rights granted by those terms take precedence for those components. We will include the required third-party notices and licence texts with the software.

• Do not sell, rent, sublicense, publish or share a licence key or VRA account to give another party software access.
• Do not redistribute VRA binaries, modified builds, licence credentials or proprietary source without permission.
• Do not tamper with entitlement checks or misrepresent installation, plan or managed-farm usage.
• Restrictions do not remove any mandatory right to lawful interoperability, testing, repair, backup or other use that applicable law protects.

3. Plan and operator boundaries

Personal permits only farms owned or controlled for the licensee’s own personal benefit. It does not permit operating farms on behalf of another person or organisation, whether paid, unpaid, bundled, bartered or described under a personal label. Operator is required for that use.

Operator permits farm-management services within the purchased allowance; it does not permit resale of licence keys, distribution of VRA as another product, account-sharing with staff or pooled multi-PC operation. Read the separate plan rules for how assigned managed slots are counted.

4. Compatibility and updates

Supported standard workflow updates are included while subscribed. Future features, support for every game update and an experimental AI model are not promised merely because they appear on a roadmap. Game changes, maintenance, network failures and account prerequisites can interrupt operation.

A necessary security or compatibility update may be required to resume automation. Material changes to purchased functionality, prices or terms require clear notice and any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by the contract and law; they are not retroactively authorised by a general “we may change anything” clause.

5. Beta releases and disclosed limitations

Beta releases are development software. Bugs, incomplete features, workflow failures and temporary interruptions can occur; we do not promise error-free or uninterrupted operation. We will identify beta releases and disclose known material limitations before activation or purchase. Roadmap features are not included unless the release description expressly includes them.

A minor bug or temporary interruption does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We assess the actual problem against the description, price and applicable quality standards. The beta label does not excuse misleading descriptions or remove mandatory remedies. Beta access follows the normal seven-day trial and paid-subscription rules; it is not an unlimited free-access programme.

6. Responsibility and non-excludable rights

You control farm permissions, spending limits and supported routines. Keep recoverable backups of your configuration and records. VRA does not guarantee account safety, earnings, resource output or uninterrupted availability. A game publisher may restrict automation or penalise accounts.

Those risk disclosures do not excuse defective or misdescribed software, fraud, a lack of legally required care, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket “no refunds” rule or universal “as is” waiver applies. Consumer remedies and any applicable device/data-damage rights remain. Business-only liability limits require separate, reasonable, legally reviewed terms before acceptance.

7. Ending the licence

Permission to automate ends when the trial or paid entitlement ends, or following a justified suspension or termination under the enforcement policy. We will not delete your game accounts or seize your data when access ends. You will retain the account, support, cancellation and available read-only/export access needed to manage your records and rights.

We will provide your accepted terms, order summary and material notices in a form you can save. We will retain the accepted version and consent record. Reading a footer link does not create a paid contract.
