1. Trial starts on activation—not signup
The standard trial lasts 7 days, including during beta, and requires no payment card. It starts only when the customer deliberately activates access after release. Joining the website waitlist does not activate it. Operator evaluation includes up to 25 managed slots. Beta status does not provide additional free access.
At trial expiry, VRA automation and paid-only operational features stop. Offline access does not extend the trial. Work already started inside the game may continue in the game independently of VRA; stopping VRA does not cancel a game research, building or march queue.
2. Discretionary and agreed licence extensions
VRA may extend a trial or licence at its discretion or under an agreement with you. We will confirm the scope, duration and revised expiry in writing or in your account. An extension applies only as confirmed; it does not create a right to further extensions, change your plan allowances or authorise a payment.
Unless VRA confirms an extension, the existing expiry applies. At the confirmed expiry, automation stops unless you separately authorise paid access or already hold a valid paid entitlement. An extension does not replace a statutory remedy or waive consumer rights. We will explain any effect on an existing subscription’s renewal date and charges before agreeing a change.
3. What happens when the trial ends
At launch, we will display your trial expiry date and notify you when the trial ends, with a link to paid signup. No charge is taken and no payment mandate is created simply because the trial ends. This is a service notification; receiving it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Account access, support, licence recovery, privacy requests and available data export remain accessible. The trial ending does not authorise deleting farms, emulator profiles, reports or user files. These controls form part of the launch service; public trial activation is not available today.
4. Deliberately starting paid access
To continue, the customer chooses a plan and explicitly authorises the payment mandate/subscription presented at checkout. Before you authorise payment, we will show the seller details, total including applicable taxes, currency, monthly amount, renewal date, cancellation method and payment provider.
Paid access renews monthly only after that separate authorisation. No saved card or existing mandate may be charged for an undisclosed plan, extra farm allowance or operator-service fee. We will publish the payment-processing, tax, retry and proration terms before sales open.
5. Renewal, cancellation and plan changes
We renew an expressly authorised monthly subscription only on its disclosed terms. You can stop future renewal through the cancellation route provided with your subscription, and we will confirm the cancellation. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the already-paid period ends, unless a statutory cancellation/refund or justified suspension applies.
We will notify you before a price increase or material allowance change takes effect and give you an effective opportunity to cancel renewal first. No retroactive increase, silent paid upgrade or forced new payment mandate is permitted. Before a downgrade, we will explain how excess assignments are handled. We will preserve access to your records and will not silently delete farms.
6. Failed payments and disputes
We identify a payment failure separately from cancellation, security suspension or a revoked activation. We will disclose retry amounts, timing and any access grace before purchase. We investigate payment disputes; a good-faith complaint or use of statutory rights is not licence abuse.
VRA will not invent a paid licence or ask for payment through unofficial support messages. Use the published contact or account channels for refund and cancellation requests. Never send complete card details, banking credentials or licence secrets by email.
