Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot: LDPlayer or a farm will not open

Work through missing mappings, LDPlayer launch failures, virtualization conflicts and unresponsive profiles safely.

First checks#

  1. 1

    Open Environment Health

Confirm LDPlayer is detected and the mapped profile still exists.

  2. 2

    Open the exact profile manually

If LDPlayer itself cannot open it, resolve that before testing VRA.

  3. 3

    Close duplicate launches

Make sure the same profile is not already starting, hidden or locked by another process.

  4. 4

    Check available capacity

Low memory, full storage or an exhausted concurrency limit can prevent a new instance.

  5. 5

    Refresh the mapping

If profiles were cloned, renamed or rebuilt, re-identify the intended farm.

Common Windows and LDPlayer causes#

  • Hardware virtualization is disabled or another hypervisor configuration conflicts with LDPlayer.
  • LDPlayer is updating, repairing or waiting behind a hidden prompt.
  • The mapped profile was deleted, renamed or moved.
  • Windows security software blocked a changed executable or folder.
  • The system is out of practical memory, disk space or process capacity.

Do not#

  • Repeatedly press Run while an emulator is still launching.
  • Map the farm to the first available profile without checking the in-game character.
  • Disable Windows security globally to bypass a launch problem.
  • Delete or rebuild the only copy of a farm profile without a verified backup.

The exact profile will not open manuallyTreat this as an emulator or Windows issue first. Record the full warning and check the vendor’s guidance for that build.

All profiles become slow togetherCheck host load and storage before assuming every farm profile is corrupt.

If the warning mentions Hyper-V or Memory integrity#

Record the precise LDPlayer version, Windows build and warning text. Check that version’s vendor notes and VRA’s supported release guidance. Do not assume every LDPlayer version needs the same hypervisor configuration, or that the newest version is already qualified for VRA.

Keep Windows security protections enabled while investigating. Check for compatible vendor updates first; do not apply boot commands, broad antivirus exclusions or downloaded “fix” scripts simply to suppress a message. If a system change is genuinely necessary, use the relevant vendor or administrator guidance and understand its effect on other workloads.
